My Sales Pitch
My company is as highly service oriented as you can get, but it is small, it's just me, and occasionally my wife helps me clean tracks. The benefits of this are twofold:
- Our customer service is at the forefront, no middlemen. If there is a problem or concern, it is addressed on the spot with the owner.
- There are no low-wage employees who may or may not care about the reputation of the company, the quality of their workmanship, your home or your property. I am committed to staying in the business and it is my hope that my business will be by referral only. This can't happen unless you are extremely happy with my work.
- Windows that are professionally cleaned stay cleaner longer! Here are the reasons why…
- When done well, the windows have no dirt left on them for other dirt to drift upon.
- Soaping down the window creates a suspension, a liquid film made up of dirt and solution together. Next, I scrape off the mixture with a crisp rubber squeegee blade, leaving nothing behind.
- People who clean their windows with Windex and paper towels, or something like that, simply create a paste and polish the windows with it. With this method, you can be sure of picking up some of the dirt. These jobs are hard work and don't last as long as jobs cleaned with a good squeegee. A day's rain is not going to put back what took a year to accumulate. Get it done now, and then decide on your own standard of window cleanliness. Don't use the calendar; use your own eyes!

I pay cash for successful referrals! If you tell your friends and family about me and they get work done, I will pay you 20 dollars cash for jobs over $150, jobs over $300 get ten percent of the total, or $15 cash if it's under $150. Just think, if you tell enough people, I might be cleaning your windows, screens and tracks for free!
Dust Repellant, UV Protection and Sealer included for Screens?
Yes!
It's called Screen Magic, it's non-toxic, biodegradable and safe for plants and pets. No other window cleaner in our area includes this service. First, screens are taken out, scrubbed with soap and water, then dried. Next, the dust repellant is applied and left to cure. It really is impressive, newer screens shine and are slick; older screens that are dried out are made to look new. The treatment lasts about four months; just in time to get your windows cleaned again.

We live in San Diego, It doesn't rain very often, but here is a little piece of mind: If it rains within ten days of your cleaning and the windows get dirty again, just give me a call and I will go over them again!
